My husband and I met Megan for the first time few years back when we searching for a realtor who knew the ins and outs of the Santa Clarita area. As tried and true born locals of the area, Megan was not only able to educate us re: the area and the local market, but was able to listen to what we were searching for, anticipate needs/desires, and make thoughtful suggestions re: potential homes to see. Needless to say, they were critical in navigating relationship with our not so helpful seller/realtor at the time as we closed on a home we loved. Post closure- Megan’s interior decorating background, and her eye for detail and taste proved to be quite helpful when we started to brainstorm ways to remodel/paint based on desired changes. We continue to keep in contact with Megan over the years as we search for investment properties. An absolute delight to work with, knowledgeable, responsive, thoughtful, and amicable to boot!
